Responsible for assisting marketing in the pre-sale and after-sales technical support of products, including ddPCR project pre-experimental demonstration, experimental teaching and product after-sales problem handling;

Docking with sales, solving technical and product performance problems of customers before admission, designing performance verification schemes according to customer needs, and organizing and completing corresponding experiments;

Establish pre-sales and after-sales service files, summarize and organize the work in time to form technical support FAQ, so that there are records and results, and timely report to superiors for discussion and research;

Can effectively guide the client in the experimental process, data statistics and other aspects of the problem solving, to ensure the standard and reasonable experiment;

Have a certain learning ability, can quickly understand IVD products and conventional molecular biology experiments (especially ddPCR platform, NGS platform)

Bachelor degree or above in biotechnology, molecular biology, laboratory medicine or related;

Strong learning ability, able to quickly master the skills of new technologies related to molecular biology, such as digital PCR, NGS and other platforms;

Experience in IVD industry or biological experiment > 1 year, especially in digital PCR detection technology, such as the common digital PCR platform on the market, the principle and technical advantages of a certain understanding is preferred;
